Composing original music with coauthor Dimitrije Simović for the performance, THE POGO DOLLS, a production that finds its choreographic and dramaturgical solutions in punk culture. The process of creating the performance was based on the environment of punk, particularly its spatiality, and drew inspiration from characteristic elements of a punk concert: the circle as a center of energy, the mosh pit as a defined space, and the clear procedures within every punk concert, including pogo, the changing of positions between performers and the audience, and chaos. By naming the performance after a band and using the concert environment, an equivalent is established between the contemporary dance collective and the band, creating the possibility of reaching a wider audience beyond its own enclave, that is, those who create and follow the dance.
